- Groww has completed the acquisition of Indiabulls’ mutual fund business, worth Rs 175 crore.
- This acquisition was inked in May 2021, nearly two years ago.
- The mutual fund business is owned by IBHFL’s subsidiaries, Indiabulls Asset Management Company Ltd (IAMCL) and Indiabulls Trustee Company Ltd (the trustee of IAMCL).
