GSF Superangels, an angel investment network behind the tech accelerator program GSF Accelerator, has announced seed investments in 5 companies including Little Eye Labs, Tushky, Zapr, HackerEarth and Weareholidays.
Some of these investments were announced earlier.
GSF, founded by former Reliance Entertainment head Rajesh Sawhney, typically invests Rs 15 lakhs for 8% equity at the pre-seed stage when the startups make it to the accelerator program.
Little Eye Labs, in which GSF Superangels and VentureEast have co-invested in the seed round, has built a performance management and analytics platform for mobile app developers. Their Visual Correlation Engine provides contextual data to make app management easier. It monitors CPU, Battery and Memory consumption patterns automatically.
Mumbai based Tushky, which makes off beat travel experiences accessible has raised money from 500 Startups and international angel investors. After GSF Accelerator, Tuskhy joined the 500 Startups program.
Zapr, a mobile platform which makes television interactive and helps brands identify their TV audience in real- time has raised money from GSF Superangels and GITP Investments from Singapore, along with Samir Bangara, co-founder of Indiagames and CEO of Qyuki and Rajesh Kamat, Ex-CEO of Color.
GSF Superangels were the sole investors in online hiring platform for programmers HackerEarth. GSF Superangels, Blume Ventures and Mumbai angels have co-invested in the seed round of WeAreHolidays, a web based holiday planning tool. The deal was first reported in June.
