Folks at Mumbai based startup Haptik are rethinking customer support. Imagine Whatsapp for customer support. Today, the company launched its customer support mobile app for Android and iOS.

On the other end of the app, experts will answer your questions. The free app covers over 100 brands and is adding more.

Co-founded by Aakrit Vaish (Former Director, Flurry, India) and Swapan Rajdev, Haptik is promising a solution to your query in less than 4 minutes.

What really works for Haptik is that its asynchronous, i.e. you can send a query in and go about your work as opposed to waiting on the line for the customer care executive to help.


Currently, it can answer your questions on airlines, banks, DTH companies, cinemas, electronics and appliances, fast food & delivery, insurance, e-commerce, retail and such.

The experts aren’t from the company, but from Haptik. So the advantage is that the advice you get from the will be unbiased. On the other hand, if you need to talk to the company, you still have to call their customer care.
