Akosha which recently raised $16mn from Sequoia is rebranding to HelpChat, which is a pesonal messaging assistant.


HelpChat, as the name suggests helps you chat with local business – right from ordering mobile recharge to ordering food/grocery and even getting your laundry done.

Akosha started as a consumer complaint forum, but going app-only is interesting move for Akosha and importantly for Sequoia, as they have already invested in GoodService, which too is a personal assistant app (magic), i.e. a competitor.
