Helpchat, which a few months ago removed its chat feature from the app, has changed its name to ‘Tapzo’.
Announcing the move on their blog, the company reasoned, now that the personal assistant platform no longer has chatting feature in it, they came up with a name, which suits their offering.
This is the second rebranding for the company, which in its earlier avatar was called Akosha before they switched the name to Helpchat.
The company says that everything, except for the name remains the same.
