After leaving the army in 2005, and completing his Armed Forces Officers Management Program from IIM Lucknow, Captain Venkat founded the company in November 2011. Currently, the company has 12 people working for it.

More than 200 military personnel have been directly placed through Faujnet. Over 1000 officers have benefited by our career planning & facilitation services, said Captain Venkat.

Companies like Vodafone, Renault Nissan, Bank of America, Crompton Greaves, JLL, Goldman Sachs and TaxiforSure have hired through the service.

The startups revenue model is simple. It earns by providing hiring advisory services to military personnel, leadership hiring and other services. It also offers a premium subscription on the career portal.

The plan is to scale operations across major cities and scale its technology platform.

We would also be launching the pre-release transition ready feature for the services members so that they do not face any difficulties when they retire. This would also give the Corporate employers a glimpse of the potential military calibre.
