Housejoy has acquired personal fitness start-up Orobind for an undisclosed amount in an all stock deal. The acquisition will help Housejoy build on health and wellness categories.
This is Housejoy’s second acquisition (earlier acquired dry cleaning and laundry start-up MyWash).

Post acquisition, Orobind founder, Satya will head fitness vertical at Housejoy. The company earlier raised angel round from a few founders including Gaurav Munjal of Flatchat.
