It also talks about One Person Company (which is a new entity introduced), major impact on existing business types like Private Limited, LLP etc.

It is important to understand the scope of each business type by factoring the long term objectives like growth, investment, hiring, customer types etc. for your line of business so that you do not have to make changes in the existing structure frequently (which is a tedious, time consuming and may be an expensive process).
