India ranks dead last in the Global Retirement Index

Old age in India is harsh! In a survey by Natixis Global, India ranked last in terms of healthcare, second last in terms of retirement finances, and third last in terms of material well being. The list was calculated based on per capita income, unemployment, and income equality. Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland topped the ranking.
