In a bid to make India, a leading manufacturing hub, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, has asked Tesla to move its production unit to India. The centre has asked Tesla to send in a proposal for their entry into the Indian market and has offered land near major Indian ports to facilitate export of their vehicles.
