Is Airtel sniffing and censoring CloudFlare’s traffic in India?

The company which is running campaigns, advertising itself as an ‘open network’, is stealthily redirecting traffic from CloudFlare’s India data centres, with a notice saying the sites are blocked as per the Department of Telecom’s orders. This is happening irrespective of the ISP network, which means access to these sites is being sniffed by Airtel.
