MintMesh, a US-based technology solutions provider has raised Rs 2 Crores in its first round of funding from a motley group of Indian and US investors. The company has also launched its Enterprise application for employee referrals and recruitment, that aims at improving employee engagement and user experience.
MintMesh says although referrals are the best source to employ qualified manpower, most companies use “antiquated methods resulting in poor employee participation.” MintMesh wants to solve this problem.
“We bring gamification, multiple gratification options, and total transparency, increasing the engagement of employees in the referral process. We believe, this will be a game changer in the talent acquisition space in India. Mobile as a distribution channel is becoming increasingly important, and MintMesh is uniquely placed to take advantage of this trend,” Ajay Rayaroth, Co-founder and Managing Director of MintMesh, said in a statement.
MintMesh is a SAAS product and Enterprises can start using this product as a standalone application or integrate with their existing recruitment tools.
