After integrating fax and email support to its dashboard – Cloud telephony platform KooKoo has now announced integration of social media in its products – Cloudagent and BizPhone.
The social footprint feature will fetch public details of the contact from different social networks and present it to its clients in an easy to view format (Kookoo gets the information based on email and phone number from the public web).
This essentially enables KooKoo’s clients to view the details of the person they are interacting – i.e. a sort of Rapportive for cloud telephony (note: this is a paid feature).
Earlier, KooKoo’s flagship product BizPhone announced integration with Google Analytics, enabling SMEs to track/manage their website visitors as well as callers from a single dashboard. In January this year, the company offered multi lingual IVR service to support 10 Indian languages.
Currently BizPhone offers subscription based monthly plans for enterprise (for large volume calls) and upto 1000 monthly call for SMEs. On app front, the company launched Android app (link) to help its client to manage their customer communication.
