Personal Computer maker Lenovo on Thursday launched the IdeaPad Yoga- 13 inch and 11 inch in India. The computing device showcased first at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas earlier, is a “multi-mode”device that can flip and fold, both acting as a tablet and an ultrabook at the same time.
The Windows 8 device works on the 3rd Generation of Intel Core processor. The 13 inch version weighs 1.54 kg and has a .6 inch frame with 8 hours of battery backup. By flipping a double hinge on the device, the can be rotated 360° to fold under the screen.
The Yoga 11 inch version weighs 1.25 kg and has a 10 hour battery life. It runs on Windows RT and has an Nvidia Tegra 3 mobile processor.
Earlier this year, Lenovo launched its 14 inch ultrabook called ThinkPad X1 Carbon. In November, Lenovo, entered the smartphone market in India with a bunch of Android based smartphones. The company is likely to refresh its product line in 2013.
