Livspace, the home design service provider and curated marketplace for homeowners and designers, has acquired the Mumbai-based curated interior designers platform Dwll for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition is expected to help Livspace to create a full-sized catalogue of designer looks for homeowners and curated community marketplace of home designers in the country. Also, the acquisition will aid Livspace to build a go-to-market strategy for the western region, in addition to expanding across other metros and Tier 1 cities.
“The synergies of the technology, design strength, and execution capabilities of Livspace along with the designer network and consumer-centric focus of Dwll’s platform will go a long way in revolutionizing the home design space,” says Parikshat Hemrajani and Pankaj Poddar, Co-Founders of Dwll
This is the second acquisition made by Livspace. Earlier in March, the company acquired the design community marketplace DezignUp.
