MagicTiger Acquires Bangalore Based Zoyo

Zoyo’s artificial intelligence-based platform that allows users to shop over chat platform will now be integrated with MagicTiger’s instant messaging-based delivery platform. With this, users will only need to send their queries and based on user’s history, recommendations will be given.

MagicTiger has acquired Bangalore based startup Zoyo, an artificial intelligence-based platform that allows users to shop over chat. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

MagicTiger an instant messaging-based delivery startup helps users with number of services such as food, groceries, Government services etc. [source]

Both the platforms will now be integrated and the users only need to send their queries and based on user’s history, recommendations will be given.
