Mahindra to make Rs 10,000 crore investment to set up EV plant in Pune

Mahindra will invest over Rs10,000 crore through its subsidiary over a period of 7-8 years to set up the manufacturing facility in Pune. The Maharashtra Government’s industrial promotion scheme for electric vehicles has approved its investment plan.

In the new facility, it will produce its future Born Electric Vehicles (BEVs) line, which includes the EV version of the well-liked XUV 700.
