The Michael and Susan Dell Foundation (MSDF), one of the world’s biggest philanthropic organisations, and an active impact investor in India announced that they have identified 10 Indian startups, who are working on innovative solutions to get low-income students access to college education and improve their job prospects.

The move is part of the organisation’s Education India 2016 programme, which recently concluded a mentorship programme, in association with Village Capital to make early-stage Indian education startups more investment ready.

As part of the programme, MSDF will evaluate these startups for a potential investment of up to $500,000 each, the company said.
