Microsoft has announced Office 365 home premium for consumers and it comes with office applications and added SkyDrive storage. It works across five PCs or Macs and five mobile devices.
Microsoft also announced it will now deliver many new features and services to the cloud first, changing the company’s traditional three-year release cycle. Features will be rolled out as soon as they are ready.
Office 365 Home Premium will be available for purchase in India at an annual subscription of Rs 4,199.
This is an addition to the enterprise, small business, education and university plans under which Microsoft Office 365 being sold. The company has also launched Time to 365, a new crowd-sourced web site where people can find and share tips, tricks and ideas. Office 365 Home Premium is now available in 162 markets in 21 languages.
The office applications included in the pack: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher and Access.
