Microsoft has released its translator app that runs on everything from a smartwatch to a tablet and supports both Apple and Google’s device ecosystems.
Users can speak or type words or phrases into Microsoft Translator which the app then translates into any of the 50 supported languages and reads it out too.
Language translation is already a part of Bing, Windows Phone, Windows 10 and also the Skype Translator which is all-set to become a part of Skype itself.
Google has long been the leader in the language translation space which has long offered its services on the web, Android and iOS. However, Google Translate still supports just 27 languages for text and voice translation.
