Mobile content player, Mobifusion has partnered with McGraw Hill to develop mobile learning products adapted from MHE’s (McGraw-Hill Education)best- selling titles.

The deal gives Mobifusion an access to educational tools, exam prep guides/entertaining applications to distribute; and MHE gets another distribution channel.

Mobifusion has secured $3mn funding from Emergic Ventures, Ingram Digital Group, Global Asia Partners (and an Indian telecom group).

Mobifusion has tie-ups with Penguin India Books, Encyclopaedia Britannica and boasts of good collection of content like Chandamama, Bhagwad Gita,Sanjeev Kapoor’s recipes etc.

How comfortable are you reading books on mobile (form factor?) ? Will mass adoption of Amazon’s Kindle (if at all it happens) be a threat to mobifusion?

What’s your opinion?
