Wegilant makes Appvigil, that helps to identify if a mobile app is hackable or not. It offers two types of services; one with which companies that make apps can integrate Appvigil into the development life cycle of their apps and a free version that can be used by mobile phone users to determine if their apps can be compromised.
The company, founded in 2011, aims to use the funds for expansion in different cities, research into making versions for iOS and Windows platforms and offering more security based products.
