Monster Gets A New Job At Randstad Holdings for $429 million

Amsterdam-based Randstad Holdings has announced its acquirement of job-search portal Monster Worldwide for a price of $429 million. This is considered among the major development online recruitment industry, given that Monster had just acquired Jobr in June. Recruit Holdings, which owns Indeed.com, also acquired Simply Hired in another major development last month.
