According to a report by KPMG and industry body NAREDCO, almost 50% of Indian realtors lack a clear vision towards technological innovation in the industry.
The report also highlights that over 73% of realtors realize the importance of the role of technology in property and sense this as an opportunity. A good 1/4th felt that technology can be an opportunity and threat as well.
The report asl projects a growth of 15% in the gross domestic product by the year 2030 from the current 7%. The industry is expected to create 75 million jobs in the next three years.
