What’s the most popular browser in India? Well, if you go by Statcounter’s latest report, Chrome has taken over the reigns from Firefox. What’s alarming is IE’s fall and do not be surprised if Microsoft pumps in more money to drive the usage of IE9.
In India, Google has taken a very traditional approach to reach out to the mass – i.e. via print and TV campaigns and the result is in front of your eyes.
As far as mobile browsers are concerned, Opera rules the chart very comfortably.
