Delhi based accountancy and compliance startup MyeCA has acquired Mohali based legal startup firm Lawin1 Legal Process Solutions in a cash and stock deal.
The deal was closed earlier on Monday for a value close to about $584K.
Karvin Mangement Consultants, the parent company which operates Myeca specializing in the areas of Corporate and management consultancy including company formations and compliances etc. has now marked its presence in legal world with the acquisition of Lawin1.
The 2 year old company claims to have registered 20% compounded growth YOY. MyeCA was initially launched in 2014 with 7 services under 4 categories- Corporate Registration, Statutory compliances, Tax Filings, Secretarial Services among others and have grown as a full fledge management consultancy services having focuses over SME sector and fresh startups.
Lawin1 was founded by Manik Gupta and Pradeep Kumar, who are the 4th year students of Army Institute of Law, Mohali and had set up the company at the start of their 3rd year.
