Myntra has acquired major stake in Hrithik Roshan’s active lifestyle brand HRX, although the cost of the deal was not disclosed.
HRX is owned by Hrithik Roshan and Exceed Entertainment, and Myntra in a statement revealed that both will continue to be shareholders. HRX has maintained a strong customer base on Myntra since 2013.
