The ecommerce platform Naaptol raises INR 136 cores in series C funding from Japanese conglomerate Mitsui & Co.
The funds raised will be used for company expansion.
The funding round also saw the participation from the Naaptol’s existing investors like New Enterprise Associates, Canaan Partners and Silicon Valley Bank.
“We are already in 24/7 format across languages, and in this fiscal, we hope to be the largest home shopping network in India,” says Manu Agarwal, Founder and Chief Executive, Naaptol.
Earlier, Naaptol had raised INR 245 crores from its existing investors.
