Ad network, NetworkPlay has raised its second round of funding (details will be announced next week).
Started in 2008 (with initial funding from Capital 18), NetworkPlay has expanded from being an Internet-only ad network to a full multi-screen ad network (web, mobile and DTH solutions).
In the web, NetworkPlay operates in the brand and performance space under umbrella brands called Impact & Results. NetworkPlay “Impact” is a hybrid ad-network with exclusive alliances with top tier transactional sites and is a clear leader in the travel category covering 33% of the Indian online audience. This same brand operates it’s Mobile & DTH businesses where exclusive operator inventory makes it a clear leader.
NetworkPlay “Results” is the Pay For Performance model operating again in a hybrid format with affiliates and ad-network combined into one. It uses Direct Track and Right Media combination and delivers fraud free highly cost effective CPC and CPL services.
Apart from the ad network, NetworkPlay has also forayed into events (in partnership with DMG events) and recently hosted ad:tech in India.
