New FTX CEO John Ray is getting paid $1,300 an hour to oversee firm’s bankruptcy

CEO of FTX, John Ray, has assisted in managing bankruptcies at a number of significant businesses, including telecom giant Nortel and defunct energy behemoth Enron.

In congressional testimony, Ray, who took over as CEO after disgraced founder Sam Bankman-Fried left, accused FTX of engaging in “old-fashioned embezzlement.”
