Nokia has launched Lumia 900 in India, at a price of Rs. 32,999/. The Windows Phone 7 device (which will not be upgraded to Windows Phone 8) runs on WP 7.5 (Mango) and sports 4.3-inch AMOLED screen with ClearBlack technology.

Key features of Lumia 900 includes:
- 4.3″ AMOLED ClearBlack glass touchscreen, one-piece polycarbonate body.
- 8 MP main camera (Secondary camera: 1 MP), Carl Zeiss optics, dual LED flash, Auto Focus, 1 MP front camera, video calling.
- Up to 8 hours talk time, up to 400 hours standby.
- 512 MB (Internal memory), 16GB.
- Powered by Qualcomm 1.4GHz single-core processor.
- Nokia is also shipping the Nokia Lens Augmented Reality app that lets you find neaby PoI based on your phone’s camera display.
Given that Lumia 900 will not support Windows 8 OS, do you believe that the launch is a bit delayed (the expected launch was July 2012)?
