Nokia 105 Launched for Rs 1,249

Nokia-105-jpgNokia today launched its most affordable entry-level phone, the Nokia 105 in the Indian market. The phone was first showcased at MWC this year. The phone has been priced at a very reasonable Rs 1,249. Nokia claims this phone has a battery life of 35 days on standby mode.

The Nokia 105 features a 1.4-inch LCD Transmissive display, measure 107X44.8X14.3 mm in size and weighs just 70 grams. It has a 384KB of RAM and an 8MB of mass memory, and runs on an 800mAh battery. The phone also has a flashlight, an FM radio, multiple alarm clocks, a speaking clock, and games like Snakes. This phone marks the end of Nokia’s entry-level black and white phones.

Sony Xperia SP Launched In India For Rs 27,490


Sony today expanded its Xperia line with the launch of the Sony Xperia SP. It features a 4.6 inch 720p resolution screen with Sony’s Bravia Mobile Engine 2. There is an 8-megapixel Exmor RS sensor on the back, NFC, LTE. It is powered by a dual-core 1.7GHz Snapdragon MSM8960 Pro processor and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with onscreen keys.

The Xperia SP will come with a whole list of exclusive apps like Sony Music, which gives consumers 6 months free unlimited streaming & music download of over 15 lakh songs from the Sony Music library and Sony LIV, which will allow consumers to catch-up TV of SAB, Sony Entertainment and Max. It will be available for mid-April at a price of Rs 27,490.

Micromax Funbook Talk P360 Listed Online for Rs 7,100


The latest tablet from Micromax, the Funbook Talk P360 is now available on Snapdeal.

It runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and is powered by a single-core CPU and comes with 1 GB of RAM. The internal storage is a just 1.65 GB, but you can expand it by 32 GB via a microSD card. It has a 7″ screen with pixel dimensions of 800×480. The tablet supports data as well as voice calls via a 2G SIM slot. The tablet has a 2 megapixel front camera and a 0.3 mp front-facing camera. It comes with preinstalled apps like M! Store, Edutainment. It has a 3000 mAh battery.

Karbonn TA-Fone A37 Available Online for Rs 9,490


The Karboon TA-Fone A37 ( Kommunicate 3G tablet) is now avaible on various online retail stores for Rs 9,490. The Karbonn TA-Fone A37 sports a 7-inch capacitive (800×480 pixels) display and runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The tablet is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor and 512MB of RAM and includes a 2-megapixel rear camera and a VGA camera at the front. It has 4GB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 32GB using a microSD card. It has 3,000mAH battery. This is a dual-SIM tablet with 3G support.

Lava ETAB Connect tablet Priced at Rs 9,499


Lava has priced its E-Tab Connect, the company’s first tablet with 3G support and voice calling, at Rs 9,499. It comes with a 7.0-inch (800 × 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM7227A ARM Cortex A5 processor. It runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It has a 2- megapixel rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera. It has a SIM card slot. It has 4GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 32GB using a microSD.

iBall Slide 6309i Priced at Rs 5,199


iBall has launched the iBall Slide 6309i for the Indian market. The tablet comes with a 7-inch screen with a display resolution of 1024X600 pixels. It is powered by a .2GHz ARM Cortex A9 processor along with 1GB of RAM. The tablet comes with 2GB of internal storage, which can be expanded by up to 32GB through a microSD card. For camera, there is a 2-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel one on the front. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro-USB, HDMI port and 3G through dongle. The tablet also packs in 3,000mAh battery. iBall Slide 6309i runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) and is available for Rs. 5,199. It is 11mm thick and weighs 310 grams.
