Now you too can request for a verified account on Twitter

Starting today, Twitter’s blue tick mark is open for all. Anyone can request for a verified account by filling out a form with a verified phone number, email address, a profile photo, and additional information regarding why verification is required or helpful. Previously the feature was reserved to verify public figures.
