In line with Govt’s electric mobility push, NTPC, along with IOC, has commissioned its first commercial electric vehicle charging station in Noida.
Both, NTPC and IOC will set up many such charging stations in different cities and highways. These stations will offer Bharat DC 001 and Bharat AC 001 standard compliant fast and slow charging points.
NTPC is collaborating with DMRC, fuel retailers, and other state government entities to provide charging solutions for electric vehicles. Faster adoption of electric vehicles will help in reducing pollution, improve air quality, help in reducing oil imports and most importantly, cheaper mode of transport for customers.
