Ola customer cancelled her drive, 2 minutes after booking. And the driver’s response? Well, he abused her !
While you can always say that ‘hey! Ola cannot control driver’s behavior’, the thing is that at the end of the day, these experiences matter.
And they truly matter!
And by the way, what happened to the much PRed number masking feature? Shouldn’t there be more control on these?
Anyways, let’s pass it under ‘intolerance’ debate.

And how do we know that the number is truly of the Ola cab driver and not some of her friend?
Again a helpless naari making issue out of nothing. Better laugh it off.
Nice to share , as I also experience the same and complain to the ola team but no body responded. I stopped using ola permanently now I am not using at any cost rather take auto.
