Fast Track Willing To Withdraw CCI Complaint Against Ola; Demands Ola To Stop Discounts & Driver Incentives  

The call taxi service provider, Fast Track, asserts that the company is willing to withdraw the complaint registered with the Competition Commission of India against Ola only if it can assure to stop discounting and hold down driver incentive system.

FastTrack OlaThe CCI has ordered an inquiry into the workings of Ola after finding a prima facie case in the matter with focus on the Bangalore market.

Fast Track points out that its revenue per month has come down to INR 9.5 lakh from INR 23 lakh, and its driver count is narrowing. The company also says that it’s finding difficulty in maintaining driver count around 4,500 as a result of daily and monthly driver incentive system from Ola.

The submissions put forth by Fast Track before the CCI states that Ola loses Rs 230 a trip after earning Rs 344 for what is a service priced in the market Rs 574.
