On Demand Cleaning Startup MyDidi Acquires Rival TimeMyTask

Mumbai-based on-demand cleaning services provider MyDidi.in has acquired rival TimeMyTask in an all-stock deal. As per the deal, MyDidi will observe all the employees and technology of TimeMyTask, and the merged company will operate under the name of MyDidi.
Founded in 2014, TimeMyTask provided a reliable and affordable B2B cleaning services and operated in Delhi, Bangalore, and Pune. The deal gives MyDidi access to the company’s specialized services and its customer base. According to TimeMyTask, the merger will help the combined entity tackle on-demand maids, deep cleaning, and commercial cleaning.
