Holiday comparison site, Polama.com, a Bangalore based company, has raised its first round of funding from a consortium of angel investors, lead by Rehan Yar Khan and Blume Ventures. The funds will be used to build operations, customer service and marketing.
Launched in December 2010 , Polama is a one stop shop for holidays on the web and has over 5000 holiday packages from several branded providers like SOTC, Travel Tours, Thrillophilia, Yatra and MakeMyTrip. Customers can optimize time, effort and cost by using Polama to find the holiday that best suits their needs.
