Why customers should come to Embedded Systems and Controls ?
At present, these products are bought from retail stores who only provide with material. We provide complete knowhow on how to use the product in a project. In lieu of know-how we charge 3-5% premium.”
Delivery time for our products is at max 5 days depending on availability in stock. We maintain stocks for standard products at our store.
Your company follows an online + offline retail model. How much of revenue contribution comes from online sales?
Majority revenue still comes from offline store (over 70%). Most of our customers are institutional, so it will take a while when they start buying online.
What are future expansion plans?
India’s market for embedded systems is growing very fast, with increasing usage of electronics and automation penetrating industries and household. Apart from education / research institutions we will be targeting electronics service centers and industries. In future, we also want online business to generate large percentage of sales.
