Oracle has announced that it will acquire cloud-based consumer personalisation software Maxymiser. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Maxymiser specialises in A/B testing, allowing marketers to test various versions of web pages to find which works best. The company also offers an automated customer profiling engine.
Oracle aims to integrate Maxymiser’s software into the Oracle Marketing Cloud. Maxymiser claims to optimize more than 20 billion customer experiences per month.
The software giant has become well known for its practice of buying out smaller companies and integrating their expertise into its own software arsenal.
