Ozonetel has announced the release of cloud platform KooKoo chat bot API.
All the developers on the platform, can now build messaging chatbots on KooKoo as they will now have access to the bot API on the platform.
The company has integrated with Facebook messenger, Telegram, Slack and others’ API.
The platform will also handle Natural Language Processing and integrate phone calling support with the bot API, to provide a multi channel experience to users.
