eneighbr.com is the same thing and has been out already for months. They have a lot more clients too. Seems like they’re just trying to rip off an already established company.
I first read about Packagepeer in April with their website up and working, so I highly doubt they are trying to “rip off” eneighbr, which you stated at the end of July that they’ve been out for months.

looks like an American service, not sure why it is being covered.
NextBigWhat is going global with startup coverage. By the way, what do you think of this idea?
The service is also in Spain because I saw them last week. I think it looks like a rather interesting idea. Maybe the company is going to go global? They both have facebook pages… http://www.facebook.com/packagepeer and http://www.facebook.com/pages/PackagePeer-España/813225102095385
and I have found their webpage too, https://www.packagepeer.com
