The contest is open to all Indian entrepreneurs above the age of 18. To participate, you need to sign up as a PayPal customer. The first round of the contest is the nomination round, wherein you can sign up and share your entrepreneur story or nominate an entrepreneur you know. Through a voting process, the top 30 business owners will be shortlisted and the top 5 will be selected for a jury round and interviewed by PayPal’s panelists.
