South African media giant Naspers is reportedly all set to acquire Citrus Pay for around $180mn , reports said.
With the deal sealing by August end or September, PayU Money will absorb Citrus Pay, making it probably the biggest deal in financial technology in India, right after Snapdeal’s acquirement of Freecharge.
