Mumbai-based residential real estate management company, Azuro has raised an undisclosed amount in seed funding from White Unicorn Ventures, along with Kae Capital and Mumbai Angels. The funds will be used to expand its operations across Mumbai, and invest further in building the technology.
Founded by a team of IIT Bombay alumni – Ayush Agrawal, Altaf Ahmad, Sudhanshu Mishra, Vishal Chauthmal and Sushant Kumar, Azuro manages the whole life-cycle of a property, right from finding tenants, taking care of maintenance, tenant issues, periodic inspection, even providing house insurance. “The owner only has to liaise with Azuro. The venture is using technology with standardized processes to ensure transparency at each step and information on the go for everyone,” the founders describe the company as.
