Personal chat assistant app Haptik has announced that Ram Gupta will be joining its board of Directors.
Ram Gupta brings 25 years of experience from Silicon Valley after having worked for companies like PeopleSoft and WebMD. He was also the CEO and President of Cast Iron Systems, a company specialising in application integration appliances, before it was acquired by IBM. He also holds many patents in the USA and is a recipient of the Smithsonian Computerworld ‘Search for The Heroes’ award for 2000.
Additionally,Ram Gupta serves on various company boards including Progress Software, Simplilearn, Aryaka Networks, FusionOps, Unimetric and Lybrate.
