Rapido user reports excessive 3.7-hour wait for 45-minute trip in Bengaluru

A man in Bengaluru reported a 3.7-hour wait time for a 45-minute autorickshaw journey through the Rapido app.
Rapido Cares responded to the tweet, apologising and explaining the lack of available drivers during that time.
Previously in May, a similar issue was reported with an Uber autorickshaw booking showing a 71-minute wait time.
