Yebhi launches automated refunds
Gurgaon based online retailer Yebhi has launched automated refund process with Yebhi Wallet (demo link). This new feature enables users to shop for products, recharge mobiles or DTH and transfer funds back to user’s bank accounts through NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer) free of charge.
There is no expiry attached to the Wallet and the amount can be utilised any time while purchasing from Yebhi.
The wallet feature is not new to Indian consumers as Flipkart had launched such feature in the past. In addition to wallet feature, Flipkart had also received PCI DSS 2.0 compliance certification which allows the retailer to store credit and debit card details of a customer (with permission) to enable 1-click payment on future purchases.
Beam Money unveils iPhone app
Mobile payment company -Beam Money has unveiled its iPhone app (link) called Beam Wallet. The app enables iPhone users to use Beam Money facilities on the go.
The Beam App allows users to recharge Mobile and DTH TV mobile recharge of all telcos such as Aircel, Airtel, BSNL, Idea, MTS amongst others. The wallet is secure application as data is not stored on the mobile.
