Renault is said to be working on the launch of its electric car e-Kwid in India. It is reported that the company may introduce the same K-ZE model which was revealed in China some time back as e-Kwid and it will be priced below Rs. 10 lakh.
Yesterday the company announced that it would launch its electric car in India in 2022 when the ecosystem around electric mobility is ready.
Though the Indian Government and its think tank Niti Aayog are pushing brands to introduce EVs in India, a lot of international brands are still evaluating the market.
