SAIF Partners Sells 2.41% Stakes In JustDial for INR 255 Crores [30X Returns]

SAIF Partners held 19.72% stake in Justdial before its IPO in June and fell to 11.2% after it sold stakes in the IPO.

saif partners JDSAIF Partners, one of the early investors in the local search engine , has sold 2.41% of their shares and currently hold 8.71% stake in the firm as compared to 11.12% it held earlier in June. The sale of shares have been happening in stages since June and was last concluded on 26th of November.
The sale of shares that happened in 6 different transactions was worth a total of INR 255.54 Crore.

SAIF Partners had invested INR 50 Crores in JustDial in 2006 which was followed by an investment of INR 77 Crores by Tiger Global. Other investors in JustDial are Sequoia Capital and SAP Ventures.
The Mumbai based firm had listed the company on BSE, NSE and MCX-SX for IPO earlier in June this year. SAIF earlier had a massive exit from MakeMyTrip.
